asked the Secretary of State for Wales if, in making his conclusions on the Boundary Commission's special community review, he will take account of the views of the community councils and the electorate in the Aberconwy district.

In coming to a decision on the Boundary Commission's proposals my right hon. and learned Friend will take account of its report together with all written representations made to him on the Commission's final proposals.
