asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has considered if it is necessary to include the appendices of case reports in the annual reports, as published, of the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints and Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration.

The two commissioners are statutorily independent of the Government. The form and content of their reports is, therefore, a matter for them.
