The change in test method has not made the low temperature flow characteristic limitation any worse.This change was not brought about by Her Majesty's Government, but we were aware of the British Standards Institution's decision. Before introducing this change the British Standards Institution carried out the normal full consultative procedure with both industry and consumer bodies.
