Mr. Secretary Rodgers, supported by Mr. Secretary Rees, Mr. Secretary Owen, Mrs. Secretary Williams, Mr. Secretary Mason, Mr. Secretary Milian, Mr. Secretary Ennals, and Mr. John Horam, presented a Bill to confer power to make regulations requiring the wearing of seat belts in motor vehicles and for purposes connected therewith: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed [Bill 57].
