Sir George Sinclair
asked the Secretary of State for Transport what steps he is taking to relieve the congestion on trains carrying airline passengers and their baggage as well as normal passengers between Gatwick and Victoria.

I understand from the British Railways Board that it is currently taking steps to improve the services to Gatwick.
