asked the Secretary of State for Transport what further information he has as to when the inspector's report on the M3 will be received.
Mr. Horam
The inspector was taken seriously ill at a late stage in the preparation of his report and is not yet fully recovered. It is likely to be some weeks before his report is ready for submission to my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Transport and the Envirnment.
