Mr. Secretary Joseph, supported by Mr. Peter Walker, Mr. Secretary Younger, Mr. Secretary Edwards, Mr. John Biffen, Mr. Adam Butler, Mr. Michael Marshall and Mr. David Mitchell, presented a Bill to make further provision in relation to the National Enterprise Board, the Scottish Development Agency, the Welsh Development Agency and the English Industrial Estates Corporation; to amend the Industry Act 1972 and the Industry Act 1975; to remove the requirement for a register of the financial interests of members of British Shipbuilders; and for connected purposes: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow.
