asked the Lord Privy Seal when he expects to complete his review of development policy and the Overseas Development Administration; and if he will make a statement.

I expect the review of the policies governing the aid programme to be completed within the next few weeks. With regard to the management review of the Overseas Development Administration, I refer my hon. Friend to my reply of 21 November to my hon.
