Mr. David Alton accordingly presented a Bill to confer on tenants of privately owned property the opportunity to become owner occupiers of the property concerned, and to require owners of privately rented property to install inside sanitation whenever that property has a life-expectancy of five years or more: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 7 December and to be printed.
