asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the number of home helps per 1,000 of the retired population in each county and district respectively; and if he will make a statement.

The numbers of home helps per 1,000 of the retired population in each county in Wales at 30 September 1978 were as in the following table. Figures in respect of districts are not availale.
