asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if his recommendation to the Wirral council on the advisability for an election in all the seats of each of the wards, following the establishment of new boundaries, is being followed.

I have not yet decided on the best procedure for implementing, with modifications, the proposals of the Local Government Boundary Commission for England for new electoral arrangements for the borough.
