As indicated in my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Ilford, South (Mr. Bendall) and the hon. Member for Isle of Ely (Mr. Freud) on 13 November, the report of the independent panel has already been submitted to the pharmaceutical services negotiating committee and the Department.—[Vol. 973, c. 562–3].
