No. It is on a matter of privilege. Would you confirm, Mr. Speaker, that the order of procedure regarding raising breaches of privilege is that an hon. Member has now to approach you, since the House introduced a new rule about 12 months ago? I have so approached you and made an application concerning the totally inaccurate and misleading remarks—

Order. I am sorry to interrupt the hon. Member, but it is the rule of the House that when an hon. Member has submitted to me an application for a ruling on privilege it cannot be referred to in the Chamber until I have replied. I assure the hon. Member for Keighley (Mr. Cryer) that I am giving urgent consideration to this application, and he will hear from me within a reasonable time.
