asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will circulate a table in the Official Report showing (a) the value of the income tax concessions to each tax group in the last Budget in respect of a family of four with two children of school age and an average mortgage for a family in the income group concerned, (b) the value of the charges imposed by the Government on such families directly and indirectly since taking office, (c) the anticipated increase in rates and charges for school travel, etc., by local authorities and (d) the increase in mortgage payments net of tax relief on the assumption that mortgage interest rates are raised to 15 per cent.
