asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will introduce amending regulations to pro- vide that a claim from any disabled person for non-contributory invalidity pension may be treated as a claim also for supplementary benefit; (2) if he will introduce amending regulations to provide that a claim for invalidity pension may be treated as a claim also for supplementary benefit;(3) if he will allow people who are registered as disabled either with a local employment office or a local social services department and who, after an examination by the regional medical officer have been disallowed invalidity benefit or have voluntarily registered for employment, to be assessed at the long-term rate after one year.
