Member for Stockport, North (Mr. Bennett.—[Vol. 974, c. 339.]Government plans for action on dogs in Northern Ireland, where the problems and legislative background are different, were announced by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Northern Ireland on 10 January.
