I beg to move amendment No. 76A, in page 33, line 34, at end insert 'and nominated'.
This amendment is entirely consequential on the amendment accepted in Committee by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary to substitute "formed" for "nominated" in subsection (1) and should not delay the House for very long.Amendment agreed to.
