asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what representations he has received for and against the new Church of England high school proposed for establishment in the London borough of Ealing.

The statutory period of notice in respect of these proposals expired on 29 March. By 26 March the number of representations, including signatories to petitions, were 9,970 in favour of the proposals and 5,147 against.
