asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he proposes to pay the supplementary benefit to Stuart Almey of 12 Oakley Place, Holbeach Hum, Lincolnshire, as awarded by the appeals tribunal on 28 November 1979.

This was a complicated case and I regret the delay. The outstanding payment in respect of the period up to December was issued on 13 May.
