asked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will consider seeking to amend section 14 of the Mines (Working Facilities and Support) Act 1966, to enable applications to be made to the county court instead of to the Chancery Division of the High Court.

I have been asked to reply.I am not aware of any compelling reason for this amendment, but would consider the matter if my hon. Friend put forward the case for it.
