asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish in the Official Report the electorate for each district council in Northern Ireland on the 1980 register and indicate the sum raised per elector in the current financial year in respect of (a) domestic property and (b) commercial property, indicating the number of such domestic properties and their average valuation and the number of commercial properties and their average valuation.

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland which are (a) the highest and (b) the lowest domestic and commerical property valuations in Northern Ireland and in which council district they are situated ; and what are the average valuations in each case for all of Northern Ireland.
The information requested in the first part of the question could be supplied only at disproportionate cost.The average net annual values for the whole of Northern Ireland for hereditaments are £130 (domestic) and £1,259 (non-domestic). Commerical property, as such, is not separated in rates records. The non-domestic category includes all hereditaments excluding domestic and Crown property.
