asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will set out the full costs borne by his Department and by the appropriate local authorities in Scotland in relation to the presence of the Talbot factory, Linwood, since its inception in the early sixties, in terms of infrastructural costs, including roads and housing in relation to the expansion of the town of Linwood, both through Renfrew county council and Renfrew district council and the Scottish Special Housing Association, and other associated costs.
