asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what percentage of the food produced in the United Kingdom was sent as food aid to the Third world in each of the years 1968 to 1972.

I regret that the information is not available in the form requested. Before 1973, the United Kingdom contributions under the food aid convention and World programme were in the form of financial grants, equivalent to specified quantities of agricultural products in each year, together with some dried egg and canned fish.
