asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) why his Department has not asked Her Majesty's Stationery Office to tender for its requirements such as drytoner photocopying paper; and if he will list the organisations which have been asked to tender for these requirements;(2) if his Department and the Property Services Agency propose to enter into a customer agreement with Her Majesty's Stationery Office; and if they intend to ask Her Majesty's Stationery Office to tender for supplies in the coming financial year.
