On the question of the Falkland Islands, I refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave earlier today to the hon. Member for Kingston-upon-Hull Central (Mr. McNamara). Our relations with Argentina are inevitably conditioned by the dispute over the Falklands, but in general they are satisfactory.
