Question, That this House doth agree with the Committee in their resolution, put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 43 (Business Committee) and agreed to.

Following is the report of the Business Committee:

That—
  • (1) the order in which proceedings on Consideration are taken shall be New Clauses relating to Parts I and II, amendments to Clauses 1 to 17, remaining New Clauses, amendments to Clauses 18 to 36, New Schedules and amendments to Schedules 1 to 4;
  • (2) the allotted days which under the Order [8th March] are given to the Proceedings on Consideration and Third Reading shall be allotted in the manner shown in the Table set out below and, subject to the provisions of that Order, each part of the Proceedings shall, if not previously brought to a conclusion, be brought to a conclusion at the time specified in the third column of that Table.
