asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, in view of increasing unemployment amongst doctors seeking entry to family medical practice, he will consider introducing inducements and improved superannuation to encourage the earlier retirement of general practitioners, particularly amongst single handed practitioners in the inner city areas.
