asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make arrangements to pay the fares of patients living alone or with relatives and who attend the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association's Stean Street project.

I understand that the London borough of Hackney social services department will shortly be in contact with the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association to arrange payment of fares for clients on a limited income who live alone or with relatives and attend this rehabilitation centre.
