asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether there are uranium deposits in the Falkland Islands; if so, if he will publish any reports relating to these deposits in his possession; and if he will make a statement.

No such deposits have been found, and the geology of the Falkland Islands indicates that it is unlikely that any would be discovered.
