asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what information he has as to which Heads of Governments will be attending and participating in the United Nations Second Special Session on Disarmament.

In addition to my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister, the list of speakers for the special session names Heads of State or Government from the following countries: Bangladesh, Canada, Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, Finland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Madagascar, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the United States.
