asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is yet in a position to make a statement on the submissions by the British and Scottish fishermen's organisations for financial aid due to the serious position in the fishing industry and the failure to reach an agreement on a renegotiated common fisheries policy.
