asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer why the district valuation officer of St. Edmundsbury, Suffolk, is sending officials to inspect agricultural buildings used for breeding thoroughbred racehorses in the Newmarket area for the purpose of rating them; and on what statutory authority the valuation officer is doing this.
