That, at this day's sitting, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 4 (Prayers against statutory instruments, &c. (negative procedure), Mr. Speaker shall at Ten o'clock put any Questions necessary to dispose of the Motion relating to Road Trafic and shall then put forthwith the Questions necessary to dispose of the Motion relating to Lorries, People and the Environment and of any Amendments thereto which have been selected by him.—[Mr. Lang.]
