Member for Londonderry on 10 December, what extra sums would be required above present provision if all Northern Ireland were included in the less-favoured areas; and what would be the level of grants, and so on paid (a) within the proposed extension and (b) if all of Northern Ireland were included, if no extra funds are provided.
