Mr. Speed
asked the Secretary of State for Transport when and where motorway service areas will be built on the M25, M26 and M20 motorways.
Mrs. Chalker
I shall reach decisions about the location of service areas on the M25 on the basis of the strategic study which is currently in hand. The aim is to ensure that service areas for all these motorways are available by the time the motorways themselves are complete.
