The table shows the average weekly temperature — the average of the mean daily temperatures over seven days—which would be needed to reach the "trigger point" at which the Chief Adjudication Officer considers the "exceptionally severe weather" condition in the regulations to be satisfied, for each of the five weather stations used for the north and north-west of England, Yorkshire and Humberside.
