Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Prosecution of Offences Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

(a) sums payable in respect of expenditure incurred by the Director of Public Prosecutions in the discharge of his functions;

(b) any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State or the Attorney General which is attributable to that Act;

(c) any sums required to meet payments ordered to be made out of central funds; and

(d) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums so payable under any other enactment.—[Mr. Neubert.]
