Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved,

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Prosecution of Offences Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
  • (a) sums payable in respect of expenditure incurred by the Director of Public Prosecutions in the discharge of his functions;
  • (b) any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State or the Attorney General which is attributable to that Act;
  • (c) any sums required to meet payments ordered to be made out of central funds; and
  • (d) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums so payable under any other enactment.—[Mr. Neubert.]
