asked the Secretary of State for Defence what financial payments were made, or are proposed to be made, to Flying Officer Allan James Malcolm following the quashing of his court martial conviction.

This officer was awarded appropriate pay and allowances from the date of his leaving the service, following his court martial in 1975, until the date of his reinstatement, when the court martial conviction was quashed in 1979.
