asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for reports from chief constables about the arrangements they are making for the holding of celebrations in public places to mark European Music Day on Saturday 22 June; and if he will make a statement.

We are not aware of any need to do so. As with other public events, chief officers of police will make whatever policing arrangements seem appropriate in local circumstances.
