asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what arrangements there are for the exchange with foreign countries of banking and other financial information on suspected drug traffickers.

Disclosure of such information depends on each country's law and practices. There is close contact with other countries in this field and any available information would normally be exchanged via Interpol.
