asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he is satisfied with the operation of the Housing Executive's arrangements for repairs.

This is a matter that I have discussed with the chairman of the Housing Executive. The current arrangements for dealing with repairs are generally effective, but the Executive is continually searching for ways of improving its maintenance systems and its repairs service for tenants.
