Unsolicited Newspapers (Limitation Of Delivery)

presented a Bill to prevent delivery of free newspapers to a dwelling where the occupier or his representative has given notice in writing to the publisher of a free newspaper that he or she no longer wishes to receive copies of that newspaper: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 7 June and to be printed.
