asked the Secretary of State for Transport what proportion of the costs of the Oxford Circus fire London Regional Transport are trying to recover through insurance claims; and whether these claims include any claims for damages against other companies.

I understand that LRT is claiming from insurers, all of the costs given in my answer of 10 June at column 386 together with loss of revenue estimated at £0·4 million. It knows of no grounds for claims from other companies.
