asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will set out, for each year since 1960, (a) Exchequer supplement, (b) national insurance contributions, (c) National Health Service charges levied and (d) other revenue sources contributing each year to the total National Health Service budget; and what percentage of total revenue each year came from each of these sources.
