asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list all joint EC foreign policy statements since June 1979; and whether copies of all such statements are placed in the Library.

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. and learned Friend on 26 June to the hon. Member for Ipswich (Mr. Weetch) and my reply on 15 July to the hon. Member for Monklands, West (Mr. Clarke). Copies of statements made in recent years were placed in the Library when they were issued.
