asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement regarding the legal implications of the territorial condition proposed by his recent working party in its report into the administration of the Firearms Act 1968.

Section 27(2) of the Firearms Act 1968 provides among other things that a firearm certificate shall specify the conditions subject to which it is held. I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to his previous qestion on 27 June at column 455.
