Mr. Secretary Heseltine, supported by the Prime Minister, Mr. Secretary Britian, Mr. Secretary Younger, Mr. Secretary Baker, Mr. John Moore and Mr. Norman Lamont presented a Bill to make provision in connection with any arrangements that may be made by the Secretary of State for or with a view to the provision by contractors of certain dockyard services: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
