Mr. Allen McKay
asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs by how much he intends increasing the amount of British aid to African countries in order to increase their local food production.
Mr. Raison
I cannot quantify this, but we shall continue to aim to increase the aid we provide to agricultural and food production wherever we can do so to reinforce sensible recipient country policies.
