asked the Secretary of State for Defence if he has any plans to review RAF policing policy with respect to charging and detaining RAF personnel.

There are no present plans to review RAF policy on these matters. I cannot, of course, anticipate the outcome of the inquiry being carried out by Mr. David Calcutt QC which I announced in my statement on 29 October.
