asked the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the answer of 17 February, if he will list each of the difficult questions raised by the matter of the unlawful marketing of trackway by the Singapore Government; and if he will indicate how near each is to resolution.

The questions under consideration involve issues of tactics and timing together with an in-depth analysis of the laws and practice relating to copyright in Singapore. Under the circumstances I am not prepared to comment further.
